I moved here in August of 2019! The manager Christina is so amazing and super responsive! 98% of the people whom I’ve met here are super nice and friendly! Whenever I have a problem with my unit they fix it fairly quickly pending the problem. I get to pay my rent online which is awesome. Pros Close to everything (Bart, Costco, Safeway, the mall, a movie theatre) Nice views (I have a view of the lake it’s unbeatable!) A pool with BBQ’s a summer must! Great manager (she really works with you and during that pandemic they created payment plans for people which I though was good) Park next door good for walks/runs Decent neighbors (it’s a big complex but the people on my side are pretty cool not noisy at all) Pet friendly (working on getting a pet now!) My only cons here so far The pool isn’t open year round (sometimes it’s hot In the winter and fall) When I first moved in a had issues with bugs but that got fixed right away and haven’t seen any since! (You never know what people bring when they moving into places but this place has good pest control) No Central AC (only AC in the front room which doesn’t help me burning up in my room lol

BEWARE: The name has changed to Shoreline. Same apartments, same problems. The apartments building appears very nice on the surface but, this is not the case. We lived in the apartment for 3 years. The primary issue is the roach infestation. The roaches are everywhere day and night. They treated our apartment on a regular schedule and it had no effect. Add in the horrible plumbing problems and it starts getting miserable. Worst if all, we stuck with them hoping all the problems could be fixed. Each year our rent increased 300 per month and the problems were just getting worse. We decided to move at the end of our lease and our final insult was the apartments keeping a 2400 deposit with a list of tiny items like cleaning the baseboards and repainting. The worst of all, we ended up having to replace e furniture and electronics because they were full of roaches that could not be resolved. It was the worst decision to move to these apartments.
