Beautiful Apartments, workers are extremely nice and very helpful. New management in office is terrifying. Not happy very very rude, she came in changing so many things that make me want to leave this place, been here for 1 year and a half and was planning to renew my contract but dear god not as she’s there. She makes the workers look and feel miserable, everytime I see her she’s yelling at them and that’s not okay. how am I going to pay 3k of rent and still have to rent out the loby when I wanna have a dinner downstairs, that’s insane. Makes us feel like so unwanted. This place is going to go down hill having her in the office. Needs new management a happy person that will make you living there so peacefully like it was the past year. now i’m just terrified to even cross her.

The homeless issue is getting out of control, creating an unsafe environment and the manager brushes it off as it's normal part of life. When you're paying nearly $3,000 for rent, safety isn't a "part of life." She has failed to adequately provide a safe living environment. There were number of incidents where: 1. A homeless person tried to enter the building and swung at a tenant in the process. 2. A homeless man was found inside the bathroom, sleeping. 3. A homeless person was found sleeping on the common space couch. When you address this to Andrea, she brushes it off and is extremely condescending towards you and tell you to go live in Walnut Creek instead.
