Phil is such a wonderful person and truly wants to help those who help themselves. Phil has been very good to me and helpful. I moved into my beautiful apartment almost 4 years ago. 6 months later I was told I had breast cancer. Phil allowed me to stay in my apartment and work with me. Phil is a very strong personality and speaks his mind and yet very caring.I have nothing but respect for him and my gratitude goes beyond words. He gave me a chance at having a beautiful home. I have been sick lately and my health care bills aren't cheap. He yet again is looking out for me and giving me different options. He really is a good person and I believe he trys to see the best in people. He keeps the property kept up and expects others to respect each other as tenants.
