I went to visit Rize for my cousin that’s looking to move from South Florida. I met the property manager, Melissa, and she was so nice! She gave me a tour and was very knowledgeable about the property. The lobby and common areas were very clean and in order. Melissa was very professional and gave me all the information my cousin needed to apply. I look forward to meeting Melissa again when my cousin comes to see the place for herself.

I have lived at Rize for four years and to say I’ve enjoyed my time there. The staff especially the, maintained crew, work diligently to serve all the resident needs in a timely manner and keep the clean and a pleasant place to live. All multi- occupant facilities face challenges and issues but Rize employees answer to resolve issues quickly. Rize is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. At located adjacent to the walking and biking trails on Seminole county. Overall, choosing Rize as a place to live was a great choice for me!
