My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and have found the staff to be quick to help and insure that the living experience is good. We had a water leak and they came out to fix it after we informed them. There was some water damage to the floor and they had someone come out and pull up all the damaged floor boards, and check the floor joist to ensure there was no damage before replacing the plywood and placing new linoleum. It is true that they are sticklers for keeping your patios clean, and they will only allow patio furniture on them, but this is a requirement from the owner. We had roaches come up through the sink once and when i informed them they got me a second sink stopper to plug up the sink until they had a pest control guy come out to put poison around the area needed. They asked me to let them know if they came back and they would fumigate the whole house (which was unnecessary as they never came back). They also hold a family centered function once a month where you can get to know your neighbors and also enjoy an activity. The premises is clean and they paint often to ensure it looks fresh. I also feel secure on the premises.

I highly don't recommend these apartments. I've seen so much during these couple of months, not only does the manager have favoritism towards other tenants and complains about her policy of keeping our patios clean and not smoking in the premises. But permits other tenants to have an ordeal of things outside their patios and allows other tenants to smoke in there garage well I've got to say she is very unfair. The parking spaces show bikes, strollers and etc items and sometimes alcohol bottles. Some tenants have the tendency to litter everywhere they please. I also see roaches crawling on the walls near windows and the walkways. "I've never seen anyone fumigate this place" however I do want to state that the maintenance guy does a good job and he is courteous with everyone. I truly state this and advise for those who think about renting these apartments, Please be careful! I'm leaving as soon as my lease is over.
