Originally built as a condominium, Aciano offers the spacious floor plans that usually are not found in rental communities including en suite master bathrooms, walk in closets, eat in kitchens and balconies. Offering some of the most spacious and upgraded apartments in the Hialeah area, Aciano offers studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. All apartments feature upgraded finishes such as designer paint colors, custom cabinets, beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout, new bathrooms, balconies and more. Our larger apartments have gorgeous lakeviews. Enjoy the swimming pool located on the property. Laundry facilities located in every building are operated by a card system for the added convenience to our residents. All residents receive complimentary maintenance, pest control and trash collection. We are now open each first Saturday of the month! Come visit us between 9:30a-6:00p.

Aciano is a great place to live. I've been here for over 7 years. i love it here . Everything you need is close by. The complex has security at night, which makes it safe and quiet. The maintenance is great their on top of everything. The place is clean, and everything gets fixed quickly. Management is very professional, David and Fernanda will keep you informed of everything that goes on here on the property via text,email, or call always on hand to solve any problems you might have or any issues on the property. They are always there to assist you when needed. Excellent place to live and safe for you and your loved ones. 👍👍

This apartment complex has exceeded expectations in regards to service requests. I told the maintenance staff that my a/c was not working on Friday and they immediately sent the request to the office. A few hours later I received a mini a/c unit to hold me over. On monday they fixed the a/c. I've never seen such a fast response time before.
