Amanda’s been amazing! She’s helped us from day one. So far we are really satisfied with our apartment, I enjoy the space and the look of it. We’ve had no issues with loud neighbors, we both work and have no problem getting a decent parking spot. I do think the parking lot can get tight in some areas. I think some reviews need to remember it’s a complex, parking can be hard, people can be loud, children are around and pets. Things may not be as nice looking as they want it to be, maybe we just got lucky with our unit. Overall I think they’ve been great, I think both the tenants and landlord need to do better in some areas like our trash area is a bit… well I’m sure people have seen. Do I think it’s a little crazy that we pay $8 a month for pest? Yes. However you can’t put the blame fully on the company, this is fully laid out on the lease and if you want nice things you need to take care of them.

We got a very nice tour. The townhomes are clean and modern, with a surprising amount of space in the garage. The garbage issue in recent reviews has been addressed and they are fine now. Sometimes when people move out, they empty out their place and put half of it in a dumpster. Management can't be reasonably blamed if it isn't a persistent problem.
