We are considering one of their units for a business opportunity and like the location, the atmosphere, and accomodations of a large office downstairs, a full kitchen break room / living space on second floor, and and a large office / master bedroom on third floor. Not sure yet on our TI's, but working well with their property management staff (motivated, professional, and accomodating). So far so good... 👍
