I just migrated in here in New Jersey last Dec 2023, found the Keyport Harbor Apartment as the best option for me to live at coz it is near my workplace and school for my son. However, I did not have the credit score required, nonetheless, Ms. Yvette was so supportive, understanding and compassionate enough to assist me on how I may still qualify, the transactions went so smooth. The maintenance team were all friendly and acts immediately if there are some requests, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. The customer service team was also excellent in assisting for my requests for parking. Overall, I am a proud tenant in this compound.

Very happy with the new ownership. Old ownership (stonelock) did nothing to fix the place (I was so happy to see them go). It's nice to see the new owners fixing this place up. My husband has lived in this complex for about 13 yrs. He has been in a studio, one bedroom and now that our daughter and myself live here, we are now in a two bedroom. I have gotten to see all of them. We have never had any problems with rodents or bugs. They are very good at having pest control come to do preventative maintenance every month. They put down new mulch every year, grass get cut every week, the courtyard is nice and big (great for kids to play). They just recently fixed the sidewalks around the complex. When it snows maintenance is out there every couple of hours clearing the sidewalks. They also did a great job plowing the parking lot this past winter. Great experience with maintenance. It's so easy to get maintenance to come and fix a problem now that we can submit maintenance requests online. They fix the problem as quickly as they can, and they are kind and respectful. Alex & Rodrigo are great. AND they DO live on the premises. The office manager, Yvette, is great also, (my favorite out of all the past office managers). She is very kind, great at communicating with the residents about upcoming projects and she is considerate of your schedule. I really hope she sticks around. The one thing that I ABSOLUTELY love is the new parking rules (thank you for doing that). I love that you are required to have a parking permit to park here and are only allowed a certain amount of cars. One bedroom and studio apartments get one spot allotted (with the opportunity to pay for another one if needed) and two bedroom apartments are allowed two parking spots. It only costs $25 to register your car and get the parking permit on the website they use. There use to be a big parking issue and tenants would have their visitors take up other tenants spots or someone in a one bedroom would have multiple adults which had multiple cars. Then the other issue is sporting events. When football is going on people would park in here because they didn't want to park down the road. I love being able to call the tow company to have their car towed now (have done before and I will do it again, I don't park in your driveway, don't park in mine). There is a sign as soon as you pull in that states permit parking only and it has the number of the tow company. Overall, I'm very happy since the new owners took over because the old owners did absolutely nothing to fix this place. You are doing a great job fixing this place up.
