We have lived at Lakeview Apartments for about 1.5 years and have enjoyed our first apartment together! Michael and Shelly in the office are fantastic and are always willing to help out. Not many maintenance issues, but the few we have had, it was fixed within 1 day! Maintenance crew is also great! Very friendly and trustworthy! Such a fantastic starter apartment and decently priced! Would recommend! Also, in the summer, if you’re anything like me, they allow you to plant your own flowers as long as it’s not in the yard where it becomes an obstacle for the lawn mower. Here are my sunflowers from summer 2023! 🌻

I have lived at Lakeview for 15 months and it is really great. The maintenance always gets taken care of well and in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are always super helpful and nice. When I moved in everything was perfect. The washer and dryer are so convenient and the kitchen is awesome. I would still live here if not for a job out of town.
