Extremely clean and safe apartments with beautiful mountain views, nice park and trails. Tyler, the property manager is very approachable and takes great care of the property and tenants. The tenants are super polite and friendly, apartments have lots of sunlight with high ceilings and glass, modern appliances. It’s definitely the best place to rent in Santa Maria/Orcutt and totally recommend it!

My experience at Parke West exceeded my expectations for a first-time apartment renter. Being recently built, everything looks very modern. Even still, they are constantly striving to make the property look even better. The property manager Tyler was always super helpful and attentive to any issue that was brought to his attention. In addition, it is within walking distance from Cold Stone Ice Cream, a cute Cuban coffee shop & Starbucks! Being a pet-friendly apartment, I was also impressed by the walking trails they had around the complex. I highly recommend renting here if a unit becomes available!
