Overpriced for no amenities- no carports, garages, outdoor patio and grill. Many services advertised not available. Constant turnover of upper and property management so no consistency in ever- changing policies. Some property managers dishonest. Open bickering among staff. Maintenance requests ignored. Security features advertised not broken and unrepaired.
