Management, maintenance are very responsive and they keep the grounds looking nice. It's a great place to live, affordable.

I love the Monroe manor apartments. I’m a single mom and have lived here with my son for 4ish years and feel so safe. The apartment management , are absolutely amazing and so helpful. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon🥰
