Responsive staff. Ladies in the office are always welcoming and respectful. Maintenance team is also very respectful. I appreciate that they keep me updated when they are having maintenance hold ups. Easy to pay rent online and enter maintenance requests. Nice views, love the gym. Quiet area and peaceful.

I am super excited to leave this review! I’ve lived here at Gables for about a year and a half and have nothing but amazing things to say about their Maintenance Technician DAVID. Earlier this year, I had some maintenance issues in my apartment. There was some confusion about scheduling a time when maintenance could come do the work that left me frustrated with the staff. HOWEVER, DAVID went completely out of his way and decided to come ON HIS DAY OFF to fulfill my request. 🙌🏼🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼 In addition, I placed an emergency service request today Because my AC unit was out. Lately the weather has been over 106° and I have a little ones. The office staff was promptly (kudos 👏🏼👏🏼) with sending someone over to fix my AC. When David got here he spent COUPLE hours here but was unsuccessful. He brought up a portable AC unit until a specialist could be called to fix it. HOWEVER, instead of rushing off to lunch he made ANOTHER ATTEMPT AND SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED MY AC!! All in all, I am so pleased with the maintenance staff here at Gable Oaks., especially David! I hope that you strongly consider giving David a bonus and a raise. Please note that I typically never leave reviews but he has gone so out of his way to make us comfortable here in our apartment that it only seem right to do right by him. Thank you so much!
