This place is a place to call home. i've lived here twice. once in 2005 in the front of the complex and again 2022 in the back of the complex to present. Never had a rodent problem, scary neighbors or loud noise outside at night what more can a person want? really? I feel completely safe here! and the pool is awesome hello. and the community events like food trucks is a nice bonus. check the other complex in the area, i bet its not the same home community feel.

I've lived at Northampton in Largo, MD for almost 4 years now and highly recommend it to anyone! The office staff is really great and I've honestly never had any problems here. On top of being a perfect location and decent neighborhood, the staff is always available and know me (and my son) by name. They have good hours so you can actually talk to someone after work or on the weekends. They respond quickly to emails and are good about communicating things to the residents (inspections, paving parking lot, etc). Maintenance is also quick to respond, no matter how minor the problem. They keep the grounds beautiful and in general, everything is well taken care of. I love being able to pay my rent and make requests online. And I appreciate the resident events every few months (free breakfast, cupcakes, movie night, etc). These little things make a huge difference! Do not hesitate to call Northampton your next home. You will enjoy living there!!
