Property is located on the cusp of Rocklin and Roseville. Units are luxury apartments, including granite, countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washer and dryer in units. Property is very dog friendly, including a pet wash station and two different types of dog runs the staff here is amazing. The maintenance staff are very responsive and knowledgeable and I don’t have to wait for any repairs. Debbie, the property manager, is very kind and efficient in taking care of any needs of its residences. Rocklin Ranch is a great place to call home.

Rocklin Ranch is the place to live! The propery is so beautiful and well-maintained! Debbie, the leasing staff and maintenance are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Huge shoutout to the maintenance techs, Chris and Rick! These two are incredible at troubleshooting and quickly resolving any issues. They’re polite, professional, and always leave everything clean and tidy after they’re done. It’s so reassuring to know that if something goes wrong, Chris and Rick have it handled with efficiency and care.
Another shoutout to Isaiah, who works tirelessly as a porter. Rain or shine, he’s always busy keeping the community spotless, and his hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. He always has a smile on his face and clearly loves what he does—it really shows in the pride he takes in his work.

I have lived here for a year so far and just renewed my lease! Best decision I made was moving here. The entire office staff and maintenance team is amazing. Layton was my leasing consultant and has been amazing since move-in and until now. Debbie is an amazing property manager and she is extremely responsive and helpful. My car needed a jump one day and I called the office and they were even able to help me with that! They truly make you feel like family.
I haven’t had any major maintenance-related issues. I’ve had minor wear and tear repairs and maintenance was quick to respond, schedule and take care of it.
The grounds are very well-maintained and the complex is very homey and cozy. The apartments are priced extremely well especially considering the area and all that you get. There are granite countertops, wood flooring with carpet in the bedroom, stainless steel appliances, spacious open floor plans, high ceilings with gorgeous crown moulding, full size washer and dryer in unit and big, beautiful windows for lots of natural lighting. The pool is so beautiful and the gym is really nice as well and never really busy. The amenities are ALWAYS clean. There is a pet wash, an area to wash your car and a little pet obstacle course. We even have valet trash which is a life changer! The other tenants living here are all very courteous and friendly which makes it feel even more homey. There is a package room so your packages are always safe and locked up until you’re able to pick them up! The property is very quiet and I have never heard any kind of street noise at all.
I would recommend this place to anyone. The application process was so quick and easy. Layton let me know everything I needed to do before move-in and walked me through it all. It was the most seamless application process I have ever had for an apartment. If you’re looking for a luxury-living type of apartment without breaking the bank and staff that truly cares about tenant experience, then this is the place for you.
Layton Sterling and Debbie Robinson were not only a delight to work with through the application process, but Debbie went up and upon to assist me and the property is beautiful with lots of foliage and lovely flowers. While touring the property residents were walking their, super friendly, with two dog parks on the property. I was fortunate to meet one of the tenants in the office during the process who is very inviting and hospitable who shared she’s lived on the property for 10 years and loves it. I’m super excited to be moving to Rocklin Ranch Apartments Oh, did I forget to mention all of the units are beautifully updated. I highly recommend this property. The staff is amazing!
Qualify of life at Rocklin Ranch is great thanks to people like Chris in Maintenance. He always goes above and beyond to provide a white glove level of service even while he is working on extremely complex tasks. Chris always keeps me updated with the status of work being done and never hesitates to answer any question I may have. Even when he's super busy. I'm very grateful for Chris and the rest of the wonderful Maintenance Team at Rocklin Ranch. Truly Hall of Fame quality people.
In many other apartment complexes, I always had the “pleasure” of either waiting for maintenance, uninviting leasing agents and a crumbling foundation of their regulars to their new leases.
With Rocklin Ranch, maintenance is ALWAYS on time or earlier with any minor to major issues, Chris and Ric who I cherish for help us out with anything and who always are so friendly and talkative through any process ongoing. Everyone in the office is always so pleasant to work with and answer any questions I have or just excited when I bring in my dog in to say hello! The apartments are well kept, no falling debris, no cracks, grey semi gloss walls instead of matte white paint(previous apartments) and the counters are GORGEOUS. It’s very spacious in the homes, neighbors are very friendly and talkative and there’s TWO dog parks in which my dog loves. The gym, swimming pool and hot tub are always clean and I enjoy using the facilities a lot. I enjoy the area-the nature about, I feel safe here. It’s my opinion, but I’m glad I made the choice to move here to Rocklin Ranch.
I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know what a great place Rocklin Ranch Apartments are to live. Anytime I’ve had an issue with anything at the apartment. It has been resolved immediately, and above what would be a fair expectation for the resolution.. Chris, the main maintenance person, get things handled within an hour usually of a ticket going in. All the staff is wonderful to deal with, great with communication, and very proactive and how they deal with the residents. In particular Debbie the main person is awesome to work with and is one of the most compassionate people you could ever hope to meet. A few months ago, when my neighbor Tony passed away, The staff went above and beyond and doing everything they could to help make things as easy as possible for Tony while he was so ill. Thanks for just being awesome everyone!
