I stayed in the 105 apartment for one year. Best experience ever! People were so friendly. Amenities are amazing. Staff was so helpful, they made my move in and out so easy! 5 stars!!

I am blown away by the majesty of this place! The staff are great, the facilities unparalleled. Whether you are looking for Pelotons, billiards, a dog washing station, Zoom rooms, or a movie theater—this place has it all, and it’s all inclusive with your rent, no extra fees.

I toured a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom apartment on two separate days with the PM Dawn. After comparing the spaces and my needs I went with a 1-bedroom. The unit I toured was slightly different than the one I ended up with (shower vs tub). However, it was ideal for what I wanted and on the floor that I preferred. One of the primary reasons I went with 101 DuPont was the amenities. 1) I love the fact that packages are delivered into a locked mailroom which limits the probability of theft. 2) There is access to two nicely stocked gyms which is a bonus for a downtown apartment. 3) Street parking is free with registration and not too difficult to find a spot, although I opted for use of a parking garage. 4) UPS is downstairs which makes it easy for returns and food in the same building in case I get hungry. 5) The repair staff is quick to respond and helped me during my initial move-in as there were a few items (squeaky drawers and adding heat function to ac) that needed adjusting. 6) The noise between units is minimal as the floors and walls are pretty thick. Although there is a possibility that due to the location of the unit you could hear your neighbors closing front door, they tend to slam because of the locking system. The units are quiet with minimal background noise and only the occasional outside (siren or random car engine) noise. I personally purchased a sound machine to create white noise effects. My primary interactions have been with the PM Dawn and the concierge. I have zero complaints about the concierge. I absolutely adore Dawn as she did not pressure me when it came to leasing the unit nor did she push me to take one unit over the other. Talking about above and beyond, I reported a missing item and Dawn was quick to try and get a replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to those who want the perks with a slight decrease in space compared to other complexes in Wilmington and Newark area.
