This place is awesome! EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION! Maintenance staff is friendly and prompt, which is a major plus when living in apartments. Free parking lot is trash and street parking is highly limited but the garage is good. Lobby and public areas are always clean and mostly empty. The view is incredible, maybe the best view in Wilmington tbh. Easy access to 13 and 95. Walking distance to grocery store. Walking distance to Wilmington Riverfront. Harriet Tubman Park across the river is ALWAYS hosting fun events too! The place offers MUCH more than just a place to live in. You don't live in a place like this to just stay home all day everyday, the location, amenities, view, etc. all sell the place! As for the unit itself, my unit is a bit over 1000 square feet and has a washer/dryer, great view, very soundproof unit, cold AC during summer, warm heat during winter, snow is always plowed, neighbors are wonderful and kind too! The leasing staff are very kind too. Oh also the place has an Amazon Hub! UPS picks up packages here too, no need to drop off at a separate location! Next upgrade for me is perhaps a condo here :)

Left because of a city change. Here's why I loved this building: * Location: Next to shop-rite and, across the bridge, access to the entire riverfront, market, and rest of the city. Very walkable. Look at the website for pictures of the building and area -- it's on the river, with a big grassy area where all the dogs hang out, and has nice amenities (elevator, gym, printers, vending machines, study / work room). * Management: Personally, zero issues. Always responsive. Move-in and move-out was fair and accommodating. Maintenance (+ Management) team extremely friendly, fast, and goes out of their way to help you out. They really deserve extra praise. Lobby and building kept very clean -- e.g. I think when I lived there someone vacuumed the hallway outside my apartment every Wednesday. * Apartment: Moved in during pandemic, so cheaper rent, but, for where I was: large, spacious, and, if on a high enough floor, extremely good balcony + panoramic view of the entire city (sunrise, sunset, river view etc. depend on apartment). 4th of July and New Year's Eve: Fireworks shockingly close, and, if high up enough, you see fireworks across the entire cityscape.
