I've been a resident for six months. My 3 bedroom apartment is amazing! It's very quiet on my side of the complex. The office staff is very pleasant. I was having a problem and Jessica the property manager along with a leasing agent came to see how they could assist me better. I was impressed by their visit. They prove that they care about the well being of the residence. Maintenance calls are answered within two days and that is such a Blessing to me. I have not experienced problems with roaches or mice. I have experienced an invasion of ants but the problem was quickly rectified after they met the exterminator.

My boyfriend and I are looking for apartment and came to Sophia’s Place to Tour. We were greeted by Diana who was very helpful with showing us a tour of 1bd 1ba and a 2bd 2ba. We came back the next day as we instantly knew that this was the place for us. Diana was so helpful by letting us tour the two places again and answering any questions we had while filling out the application.
