Sandy is the nicest manager that you could ever find! This apartment complex is a gem. It is so quiet. Quietness is difficult to find when it comes to apartments. It is tucked away in a top notch neighborhood, and is not close to any busy/noisy streets. It is very difficult to find apartments that are not close to busy streets. There is also a view of trees and the grade school off in the distance in this apartment. It has been updated and is perfectly clean to the point of looking like they were newly built. But, they are not newly built. I would imagine that they are built quite well, due to how surprisingly quiet they are. The neighbors are very friendly. I am a person who reads reviews before I take a plunge to find a place to live. I hope that this review helps others.
