My in-laws were coming in town and we were pleasantly informed that here at the Chadwick, they offer guest suites bookings. We of course took advantage of this opportunity. The in-laws commented "better than a hotel" "best sleep ever" "outstanding decor and amenities" "wow, look at all these complimentary drinks and coffee" "Very comfortable, clean, top quality amenities" "everywhere we sit in the clubhouse, is esthetically pleasing" I mean, the comments speak for themselves. Definitely do not hesitate to contact the Chadwick if your friends or family are coming in town. 😀👏💯 I recommend them fully. Our staff, Toni, Abigail and Carrie-Ann are superb and welcoming !

The Chadwick Apartments is a great place to live. We are now in our second year here. I have enjoyed the pool several times a week from April to October. The maintenance crew kept it up really well. It is heated, minerals are added, and has no chlorine smell.🙂 The BBQ grille and the benches around the pool make a wonderful place to relax and read. The maintenance staff are great people. They have been prompt in responding to the most minor issues. We can call them for any problem, big or small, and they will show up soon. Thumbs up to them- Jake, Scott, and Mike.
