Carlos the head of maintenance goes above and beyond to address every concern no matter how big or small and takes care of you with the utmost care like family - Management is responsive and works hard to ensure the community is kept clean and safe. I have been living in the Avalon and I must honestly say that it has been GREAT! The apartment layout is great. Ample space and storage for myself and family. Carlos Guerrero has been nothing but amazing and helpful! All my calls and ticket request have been answered by him all in a fast timely manner. His professionalism is beyond!!!! Avalon is family friendly as well as the community.
