Recently moved out, and wanted to say that this apartment complex is the best I've lived in. The management (especially Jose) has great communication, answer emails within two hours (usually) and constantly send out emails regarding community updates. They are beefing up enforcement for parking. I laugh when I see a tow sticker on gas cars parking at the electric car parking. The trash dumpsters are emptied daily and maintenance typically responds the same day for concerns. The neighbors are friendly (some suck) and the neighborhood is very quiet and I felt safe living there. Only reason why I moved out is to be closer to my office at work.

Absolutely love this apartment complex. The staff is wonderful , Aimee was instrumental in our plight here and is knowledgeable and kind. If there are any issues she addresses them in a thoughful professional manner. We especially love the pond and the frogs at night. It is a beautiful scenery and calm. I know if I need something from the maintenance staff, they are swift to fix something.
