This property is aces all around. I've lived in the Lofts for seven months now. From the beginning of my application process to the present, the property managers have been nothing short of spectacular. My home is beautiful, you're a short drive from anything you need, you feel safe & have some great amenities to use in the building if interested. While the electricity costs alone are a bit on the higher side, it's worth it. To come home to a place you feel cozy & know that if you need anything, it's just a phone call away.
We really enjoy living at the Lofts! The front desk and maintenance staff are great -they are always super helpful and friendly! Having the gym onsite and the theatre room for guests are two things we love about living here. The building is also very clean and comfortable. Every apartment is unique in its floor plan and we love the exposed brick and wooden beams!

Though only a recently moved in resident, my experience so far has been very good. Everyone in the front office has been very kind and very responsive to questions, helping throughout my move, and has gone more than the extra distance when I’ve asked for favors. The shared common spaces in the building are always kept very neat, and the coffee and smiles always available in the front hall have been very welcoming!
I’m a walker, and the buildings location has been very convenient for me. It’s an easy and short walking distance to town, for the library, stores and restaurants, and to the Wachusett Reservoir trail which offers a great jogging or walking circuit away from traffic.
My apartment is on the top floor of the main building and I’m thoroughly enjoying the amazing view and huge windows (with working blinds already installed :-). The layout of my apartment is great, and the open kitchen/living room/dining area takes full advantage of the outside light which floods the space every afternoon. It’s been a real delight!
I’ve not had any issues with noise from neighbors, and in fact have very much enjoyed getting to know others in the building a bit and sharing a friendly chat when we meet on the hall or elevator. It’s helped me feel at home, and safe as an older single woman which has been great.
All around- I’m very happy with my move here!

We have lived here for 7 months with our dog. Can you hear a neighbor or a dog once and awhile? Yes. Including our own. You live in a apartment community with 200 + other people. What do you expect. Are there cob webs in the 30ft ceilings. Yes. They sell cheap dusters with extensions on amazon. Do you expect the owner to clean for you? Are the units expensive? Yes. So is rent everywhere else. You wont find a nicer place that excepts pets cheaper anywhere around here. The units are nicely equipped with everything you need. The grounds are kept amazing. They are always upgrading. Just remodeled the gym and adding more equipment. They added new games in the game room. Common areas are kept immaculate.
The area is wonderful. Little down town within walking distance with little shops and restaurant's. Great walking and hiking trials at the reservoir right around the corner.
Is it costly to cool and heat. Yes. If you want a 1300sq ft unit with 30 ft ceilings it gonna cost a bit to keep comfortable. The utility companies are always raising rates. That's not the landlords fault.
The office staff and maintenance teams are exceptional. From the start of applying for our unit right up until today we cant say enough about this team. We did have one problem with our dishwasher and within 24 hours it was fixed. There all very pleasant with everyone. We cant say enough about this group. Very hard to find now a days.
If you want luxury living with a pet this is the place for you. We moved in here thinking it would be a "nice place to live". We now call it "HOME" and will continue to for many years to come.
One small thing. It is not the staffs fault. But for the current residents and future ones. Please clean up after your pet. I do EVERY time. And yes those cute little keep dogs off the lawn signs means your dog to. LOL.

I'm following up on my original review now that I've had a year at this property. Simply put, I love it here.
Pros: The staff are wonderful and always fun and friendly. On the rare occasion I've needed maintenance, Nick and Dave been responsive and professional. They've gone to some great extents to make sure everything is in tip top shape. I haven't caught the groundskeeper's name, but that guy is top notch. I've had no issues with parking and the building is clean and safe.
The very best part of Lancaster Mills, however, are the people. I've made some great friends here and the whole community is respectful, friendly and active. I've lived in quite a few apartments around the country, and this is hands-down the best community by far.
As far as the reviews saying that the walls are too thin, this has not been my experience in the C Building. It is true that there is some sound that travels through the bedroom wall that you can hear if you are right next to the wall and you neighbor is in the adjoining room. However, there is zero sound travel from the living area to the adjacent apartment. My neighbor recently had a baby shower next door with a large group, and I didn't hear a single thing. We had a good laugh about the bad reviews especially considering he plays sax and I play guitar and we've never once heard each other. He's lucky. I'm terrible on the guitar.
If you're a respectful, friendly, semi-responsible resident, you'll love it here. I do.
(There's even a secret coffee shop for those in the know)
Suggestions for Brady Sullivan:
1. This is a very dog friendly establishment, but there's limited greenspace for the dogs to run, play, and do dog things. The property would be much more inviting to dogs by7 investing in some green space for our four-legged friends. (Some green space for the people wouldn't be so bad either... we only need about half of that parking lot out back)
2. A secure bike storage area/ bike rack would be a boon for residents and cleaning staff. Dragging your bike up the elevator and down the hall is a drag.
3. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO MAKE SURE LAYS, KATIE, AND MIRANDA NEVER EVER LEAVE.
(P.S. to Lays, Katie, and Miranda we're hiring at my shop... just saying)

Professional, Polite, Pleasant to speak with over the phone.
It is most unusual that one property manager would give a 5- Star Review to another property manager, however, I just got off of the phone with Miranda from the Lofts at Lancaster Mills and was delighted with the process to give a landlord verification for one of our residents moving from our rental community to theirs.
Miranda was so pleasant and helpful on the phone during the process, she has left us in a better place than we were when we first started the call. That, in a property manager, is rare indeed and to be noted. Thank you Miranda!
I am sure you also will find your interaction with Miranda and her co-workers at The Lofts at Lancaster Mills the very professional, very polite, and very pleasant to talk to. Happy to give them the thumbs up from one property manager to another. Thank you!!
I've lived at the lofts for about 3 years now and my experience has been nothing but great. I came across the Lofts after visiting family at another Brady Sullivan property in Worcester and falling in love with the whole ‘converted factory’ vibe. I was a little apprehensive about the negative reviews, but I am so glad I decided to stay here. My apartment is beautiful. Very high ceilings, spacious, a loft, exposed beams and pipes, a spiral staircase (!) - it checks every box I have for a 'non cookie-cutter' apartment. The staff at the front office is great and very helpful. Maintenance is also always prompt (And very nice. They helped me dig my car out after a snow storm once). The walls are on the thinner side but this seems to be a common issue across multiple 'converted mill/factory' apartments I've looked into. In any case, noise hasn't been much of an issue personally. Long story short, I love living here :)

Great place to live. The management/leasing team in the complex is really helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Maintenance is always on top of things and very responsive. The common areas are kept very clean - indoor basketball court, putting green, gym, game room, theater, and grilling patio. There is a good mix of age groups with lots of families and plenty of friendly dogs.
