I have rented here for a little over a year and my experience has been great. The apartments are very modern and the grounds are always kept nice and clean. Any maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly. The office is always throwing events to encourage community building. I do not own a pet, but there are great walkways and a dog park for pet parents. The only thing I would like to see more of are additions/amenities for kids. There is a small playground and local parks close so I wouldn't consider this a deal breaker, just would like to see more. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone moving to the area or looking for a better place to live.
