Late last year, I went to Sawyer's Mill Apartments to check out this place. It was disorganized, dirty, and it needed a lot of help inside and out. On July 13, 2024, I drove around the apartment complex again and noticed a huge change to the outside, so I parked the car to take a quick peek of the inside and looked at an apartment unit. WOW!! New paint on the exterior, repaired fencing, trees trimmed. The new landscaping looked great. The inside of the complex looks much cleaner and relaxing to walk around. I meet with the new property manager. She was very nice, and she was easy to talk to. I looked at an apartment unit too and it was very nice. Updated flooring, newly painted rooms and newer fixtures. I really like this place. A four-minute drive to I30. A two-minute walk to the grocery store. The hospital is about the same distance. Local entertainment is less than a mile away. UTA is about a mile away too. A totally different atmosphere at Sawyer’s Mill!
