All stainless-steel appliances, gas stove and plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs. There is a Murphy bed to maximize the studio space for your stay. The bathroom has a standup glass frame with tiled shower and a spacious vanity. **Please note minimum 30-night stay per city regulations. ** Pets can be negotiated. French Quarter Neighborhood- The French Quarter is the city’s historic heart, famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings with cast-iron balconies. Other things to note- Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, gas stove and plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ample closet space and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom is roomy with a large sink and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with closet space on either side of the bed. All of the beds feature high end white bedding and linens for your hotel-like stay as you call this place your home. **Please note minimum 30-night stay per city regulations. ** Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!
