Also features an eat in kitchen and great room with a wood burning fireplace. Large fenced in backyard with a large front yard that offers great curb appeal. All bedrooms are fairly sized with ceiling fans. The primary bedroom you will find natural wood floors with an updated bathroom attached. Homes are placed on the market cosmetically as is. Prospects are strongly encouraged to view the property in person. We use the Rently application for property showings so Prospects can see the unit at their own convenience. For Rently Access to the property please: -Go to Rently. com -Search by property address: 493 Lennox -Click “Self Tour Now” -Follow the Steps and Register with Rently -Enter serial number given by Rently into the lockbox that is located on the front door of the property. Cresfund Property Management is not responsible for sight unseen accepted properties. All applicants are assumed to have viewed the property, no refunds or cancellations will be given. Applications are processed through our website only at cresfundrentals com Application fee is $45 per adult and non refundable . Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided.
