Great place to live, not far from a large selection of restaurants and drive through areas. Small dog park with benches to allow dogs to roam and play. There is also a swimming pool and jacuzzi in the middle of the apartments with a small grilling station. And finally a park not far from the complex which makes for a great picnic.

We've been at Laurel Tree for about a year now and can't complain. Management has always been more than helpful with any issue we've had. It is in a great location, close to schools and shopping. We have always had prompt maintenance service. There are stray cats in the complex, but that is actually a City Animal Control issue. Bakersfield itself is known to have an over population of stray animals. Wherever there are dumpsters, there will be stray animals. They recently upgraded the washers and dryers to a system that uses a card, you just add money to the card. I love this new feature because I never carry around rolls of quarters and would have to stop at laundry mats in order to get quarters for the machines before.
