Lived here about 2years the old management mission was really bad had multiple issues with them but when trustars property took over everything changed management was really good onsite manager was on it getting everything fixed up actually documenting changes that the old management didn’t document very helpful and informative with all questions I had if it wasn’t for the new management taking over this place would have gotten a one star but overall the apartment is good especially if your a college student the buff down the street and close to a lot of stores like target, Walmart and foodsco the apartment pretty big for it being a one bedroom good for starting out before saving up to buy a house rent set at a good price

BEST APARTMENT VALUE IN N.E.BAKERSFIELD. VERY NICE ONE BEDROOM UNITS THAT HAVE A LOT OF CHARM. ITS A VERY QUIET COMPLEX AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE POOL AND LAUNDRY ARE NICE. THE UNITS ARE DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM BAKERSFIELD COLLEGE.
