I have lived here for a few days now and had a maintenance emergency in the short time I have been here. Albert, maintenance, responded immediately and rectified the issue within 15-30 minutes of my calling about the emergency. I sent the request, received a call 5 minutes after, and he was here shortly after to do the job. He was so speedy and kind. Very trustworthy and helpful! I have never experienced such an efficient service. Thank you Albert for your work, you are appreciated!
