Incompetent property manager, volunteer properties is an incompetent company. Charging 1400 a month for roach-infested, flood-prone, dingy apartments that got the $500 remodel special. Nothing is beautiful about this place, nothing is handled well or professionally there's never anyone in the office to help with anything I'm reaching them by phone is laughably hard. The remodel apartments are SPITSHINED from 2005. After dealing with this company for years, I am disgusted by them and their practices, while also astonished that they get paid to sit around being leaches on ever single person that has the displeasure of living under them.

Beware of black mold. Seriously. These pictures are of the inside of the wall before and after maintenance “fixed it.” I’m unsure of what they sprayed but the mold is just under the paint now. The linoleum needs to be ripped out along with the rotting subfloor. I will say after A LOT of back and forth and gaslighting that the black was “just water damage,” we were relocated to a different complex.
