We've lived here for 8 years now and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Absolutely love all of the activities that Brook and Travis do with the community!!

Iv lived here for 2 yrs now, when I first moved in I was a little wierry because of the rumors and reviews... since iv lived here iv had no major issues iv only had 2 maintenance issues.. 1 was a clogged garbage disposal and the others was a broken window... both were taken care of immediately by Travis... as for the office staff, my first year sucked. You never could get ahold of anyone. You could literally see them outside smoking and couldn't get them to answer the phone.. very annoying.. as for my second year we have hope and Haleigh (may have just butchered her name) they are wonderful. They are constantly out on the golf cart checking residents, they always keep you well informed of dates when there is going to be noise or inspections... my only rant is the kids, some of them can get a little wild.. but we were all there once
