Carrie was absolutely AMAZING! Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. She went above and beyond in so many ways for my family and I to ensure we had a great trip! The room/ hotel was nice and in a convenient location. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

I see why this place has a good rating. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs, in a gated community. But, we loved the quiet of that. It was clean, comfy bed, well laid out. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Check-in staff was professional and friendly. We pushed it to be there for the 4-5:00 pm in person check in, so not sure if after hours check in was as smooth.
