Located a convenient distance from all things Mooresville, Indiana has to offer, you will find yourself at home amongst undeveloped woodlands (fresh air!) the Public Library, a small strip shopping center and flea markets. Most of the primary employers, restaurants and shopping areas within the immediate area are all within five to ten minutes of the property along SR 67.

so my experience here hasnt been long i havent even stayed for a month yet, but so far ive really enjoyed my stay. the property manager jana is so polite and shes so considerate. if you have any issues or any questions with anything at all she will sit and talk with you until you have no questions left, and she will even answer most of your questions within asking a few. she reached out to me within a few days of moving in and asked me if there was anything that i wanted to be fixed in the apartment and asked me to give her a list. all around i think she’s an amazing property owner and i believe that anyone would have a wonder time staying here. and i believe more property owners should be like jana.

Love Arbor Manor Apartments- exceptional staff Matt maintenance, Jana, property manager, takes time with your move in experience and she even follows up after you move in to see if maintenance needs to complete anything and makes sure my move went smoothly. Dedication to their jobs, when you see the manager out , daily, on the grounds picking up and pulling weeds. That’s a true property manager. Genuine, friendly and respectful to everyone. Thank you Arbor Manor, Jana and Matt. You 2 have made a difference in the last 2 years that I’ve lived here. Thank you
