The Gallery has excellent customer service, and the property is beautiful. It's clean, safe, and quiet. They renovated the gym maybe 1-2 years ago, so that amenity is very nice and clean as well. There is only one elevator in the building, but it made moving a breeze since the elevator is large. When moving, I managed to fit a queen-sized mattress and my couch in the elevator. The entire property is handicap accessible, which also helps make it easy to move in and out with dollies/carts/etc. Maintenance is fast, efficient, and communicative. I have never experienced security concerns while living on this property. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a simple, quiet community. The entire leasing process was very straight forward, and I enjoyed spending a bit less in rent since The Gallery doesn't have or charge for many amenities. Parking is free, and there are always spots open!

Amazing customer service that starts with the office staff! Miranda goes above and beyond while making the move in process feel like it’s no work at all, she knows everyone by first name and makes you feel at home immediately!!! Freshly remodeled apartments, great location, walking distance from the Monon and to many restaurants!
