Gorgeous Apartments! Materials are great, fixtures are far better than most other apartments I've seen. The layouts are efficient and allow for great customization. The staff is friendly, quick to respond, and always ready to help. The location is also unbeatable. If you're inclined to walk places, the buildings spill out right on the Monon Trail, which allows one to reach many popular destinations in Carmel. It's also quieter around here, despite being near two huge centers of entertainment. Yes, there aren't many amenities, but I actually prefer that. It's apparent they invested more in the apartments themselves, which to me is truly what matters in one's living space. Highly recommended for mature professionals.
