I just want to give Mercedes the biggest shout out for going above and beyond with my entire experience. A lot of places are dodgy with prices and hidden monthly fees but from the beginning Mercedes was upfront about prices. Not only was she truthful, she was extremely patient and kind during my move in. A little bit of kindness goes along way, but she really went all out with her personality being so outstanding. I think every apartment complex in Vegas needs a clone of her because she really sets the entire first impression and lasting impression for Arcadia Pointe. I’ll also give a shout out to the complex itself because they have done a lot of face lifting to the property which, wasn’t a need but a bonus. And a shout out to the Maintenance and grounds people, I see them everyday actively putting in work which is awesome considering a lot of apartment complex’ neglect their community.

Fantastic place to live for senior residents. The community is very clean, well taken care of and a very fun and lively environment. The apartments are large...even the smaller units have a lot of storage and are warm and welcoming.
