I’ve been living here since 2019 and have had a great experience overall. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and any issues I’ve had have been handled promptly by Maria. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient. I’ve had no major complaints, and I’ve truly enjoyed my time here.

The apartments look very nice and well-maintained. It’s clear that the Maria’s management takes great care of the building and keeps everything clean. María, the manager, was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a well-kept and welcoming place to live!

Amber White took my friend and me on a personal tour of these apartments (in the middle of a snowstorm, no less), and it was ABUNDANTLY clear from the second we arrived that we were going to be treated as old friends. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the apartments, was able to clearly answer all my questions, and made me feel right at home. She was very outgoing, and truly a pleasure to interact with. Being a vendor for this property and having worked in many apartment complexes, but I have to say, this one stands out, and a lot of it is thanks to Maria. From the first day I stepped on-site, she’s been nothing but professional, approachable, and on top of everything. She always makes sure the construction runs smoothly and keeps everything organized. If there’s ever an issue, she addresses it fast and makes sure we have everything we need to get the job done. It has been an absolute pleasure living at this property! Everyone has been extremely kind and accommodating. Special shoutout to the property manager, Maria, who as I transitioned between jobs during a very difficult time, worked with me and was patient as I got things together to bring my account current. Bramblewood is top tier! I hope to be here until I purchase my first home in the near future!
I’ve moved in month and Amber was so pleasant and easy to work with. She let me know she would do everything she could to make sure I get approved for this apartment. She definitely did everything she could do to get me approved for the apartment that fit my needs. She was very professional and always had a smile on her face. So far, I love everything about my apartment, rental office, and maintenance. Ask for Amber!!

I have had a fantastic experience at The Crossings at Bramblewood Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing property manager, Maria. From the moment I inquired about the community, she has been nothing but professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home, addressing any concerns promptly and always with a great attitude.
The complex itself is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. It’s clear that Maria and the team truly care about the residents and take pride in keeping The Crossings at Bramblewood a great place to live.
