In my experience 860 East is GREAT! The leasing office manager, Amanda, is fantastic. She really cares about the residents, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. She made the whole leasing process super easy, was always available to help with any questions, and always had a positive attitude. The friendly and professional attitudes of everyone really made an impact for me. Highly recommend!

Great experience organizing a rental unit with Amanda and the leasing team. I was coordinating a cross-country move and Amanda was Helpful, responsive and beyond accommodating. She worked very hard at ensuring I moved into the unit I wanted and really hit every nail on the head as I transitioned. Upon arrival he unit was ready and in good condition, with a bottle of wine and a welcome home packet. Moving across the US blindly and having the right team in place to help take the stress away and this property has it!! Thank you to Amanda and team for helping me feel right at home! Highly recommend!
