There is not a 0 star available. Its not exactly the cheaper price that is less expensive. Communication and service was great until the deposit monies were received and then was first showed one unit and they tried to put into another. I selected an entirely different complex and that unit had a tree branch through the roof into the bedroom (which should have been a warning sign), but I accepted another unit in the same complex because my things were on a movers truck plus it's a short commute to my job. Wasn't given a move in check list and the issues I sent has yet to be addressed. Was rushed to sign lease in order to receive a single key and so I did. But now it's been weeks and haven't been able to get maintenance, complex management or anyone to respond to any issues or requests. So glad I changed from a 2 year lease to one. Only positive I've had is that the on-site laundry room is free! The lack of communication and unresponsiveness to requests, phone calls, messages, or texts is very unprofessional to say the least. And I'm just speculating they will want to keep the security deposit at the end of my lease since they NEVER responded to the requests at move-in. I appreciate the new manager "reaching out", just waiting for the maintenance personnel to connect in order to get the issues addressed. I will up the star for addressing my issues once they are actually resolved.
