Very unprofessional. We spoke to Kurt who happens to be the showing manager of the apartments. He sent us the lease to sign and emailed it back to him. After calling him for four consecutive days he never reached back out to us or emailed us back saying he had received the sign lease. We left him a voice message saying we were no longer interested, finally that’s when he called back saying “it must’ve gone to spam”. I don’t recommend using this business, if you do I must warn you that you’ll most likely be wasting your time.

After having been offered two apartments at the property and then denied tenancy because Kurt, the "property manager" (uncredentialled, mind you; property managers typically have real estate licenses) decided that, for personal reasons, he would not give me the second apartment he had promised me. Kurt based this decision on the fact that something I said "hurt his feelings." Hence, the apartment which he had repeatedly assured me that I had, showed to me over a month ago on FaceTime, and reassured me several times (even after he told me about his hurt feelings) was mine. In fact, on September 28, I got a text from him saying he'd let me know when the apartment was available to be shown, and today, October 8, he responded to my text saying the apartment had been rented and they won't have any more rentals until the spring. Maybe it's for the best as other tenants wrote that the apartments are ratty Kurt is intrusive. I should have realized this anyway, being he made his way into my life so quickly and seemed to have no problem confusing his business and personal relationships.. In addition, he seemed to be spending a lot of time doing anything there but attending to tenant's needs. The problem is, who tf is the owner? I have no one to call to speak to about this guy's crazy behavior.
