I had a very good experience speaking with Daniel of 3Y Realty, one of the new owners of the new complex. After placing the security deposit, I felt unsure of continuing with the process of the apartment and Daniel was nothing but kind and understanding. He offered for me to view the actual unit, but understood completely and refunded me my security deposit. I think that the new management truly cares about their tenants and creating a more sustainable environment

Since 3y reality has taken over I had two different maintenance issues come up and they were handled quickly and efficiently.The two maintenance technicians that came today to resolve a problem Tio & Santos where very polite to my son and resolved issue effectively.
