I have been at Rugby Sqaure for a year now and it's been great. Very quiet, convenient and lots of on street parking. And a park nearby as well.

The pools are nice but you have to cross Fordham street and jump over a couple fences to get access to them. One is above ground and the other is in ground. The life gaurd at the above ground pool is very rude always complains about us "trespassing". The apartments have roofs and toilets and sinks. It's very nice.
