We lived in Franklin View Terrace for almost 5 years. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, and is located in an up-and-coming area of Syracuse. The complex is very close to Destiny USA mall, as well as walking distance to downtown Syracuse via the scenic creekwalk that runs through the neighborhood. The landlords and maintenance team were always very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to others, especially young professionals.

I lived in FVT for two years. The owners, management team and staff were available at all times if anything needed attention. They were kind and immediately assisted me with any requests necessary! Loved living here & would live here again!
