My move to Clarendon Heights was very smooth. Nikki, one of the leasing agents, was very communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have had. The property itself is very safe and well maintained, and the apartment itself was as advertised with no surprises.

I’ve lived here for approximately 8 months. We sometimes run out of parking space where my apartment is but not always. I’ve had no other Issues with my apartment with the exception of a few things from my original walk through. Maintenance promptly took care of those minor items. My garbage disposal stopped working and they came to my apartment within an hour to repair it and it was on the weekend. The maintenance team here are awesome. Takes their shoes off when entering your apartment. Very respectful and cleans up after themselves. I’m very pleased that there are NO rodent or roach problems here! That was a deal breaker and I’m pleased to say I haven’t even seen an ant or spider inside my apartment. The grounds are kept up well. These apartments are dated but several have been either partially or fully renovated and look great. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. No loud parties or people hanging outside disturbing the peace. The rent in my opinion is very reasonable for what all is included. Lastly the rental office staff. When I first moved here there were a few issues with one of the girls, but that was quickly resolved. The current management team here are impeccable. Friendly, and always greets you with a smile and willing to help. They never make you feel like you are bothering them or are an inconvenience.
