do not live here. there are other places that are the same price if not cheaper. do not do it. the worst property management you will ever experience. the landlord is extremely rude and you have to call the office to get a response. I lived here for two years and experienced flooding, mold, rats, bugs, years buildup of dust, and lack of qualified maintenance/ management. when issues arose, my roommates and I had to reach out to the landlord for clarification, and she gave three of three completely different answers. she then told us that "she doesn't want to get involved and we will have to figure it out" ... overall terrible
