The apartment has easy access to Union. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a range, and a dishwasher. There is a coin operated washer and dryer shared by all 4 units. This property does not have AC. It was built in 1972 and is located in School District 11. The tenant is responsible for electricity. Gas, water, and wastewater is billed back by the owner. Trash is paid for by the owner. No dogs, but we will allow cats. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 2 times the amount of rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing.
