(RLNE1330686) I am subleasing my two story 1380sq ft. house over the summer at Sterling cottages for $499 a month. The current rent is $640 for this size house. The price includes all your utilities and the place is fully furnished including a 50in plasma screen tv. I will also pay the sublet fee! It is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath house so you will have the place to yourself over the summer! They have a super nice clubhouse that does free food every other Friday, always has free popcorn/coffee/snacks , has a resort style pool, grills, sand volleyball, basketball court, a 24/7gym/computer lab with free printing and a free tanning bed. There is also a free shuttle to and from uncg.
