Firstly, Martha, the property manager is absolutely fantastic, super helpful and accommodating. In addition, any and all issues are responded to quickly and efficiently, energy bills are very reasonable, location is quiet, safe, and in close proximity to highways and stores, and the apartments are clean and maintained. They’re always doing improvements whether it be to the inside common areas or the outside, including but not limited to painting, power washing, paving, and landscaping. The app to request maintenance and pay rent is extremely easy to use which is also a huge plus. Can’t recommend this place enough!
